Our QUT graduation ceremony hire service is located at the Kelvin Grove campus.

Graduates will be robed by one of our expert gowning team members either just before they are required to be at the ceremony venue, or for graduation photoshoots.

All hired items are yours to keep for up to 48 hours. At your scheduled hire collection time, we will organise a time that suits you to return your items.

We do not hire the mortarboards due to hygiene reasons. The mortarboard is yours to keep if you have selected this item.

*Please note: QUT is no longer using faculty specific colours. Effective from the August 2021 ceremonies, all QUT graduate hoods are in the QUT blue.

Hire gowns available for all Undergraduate Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor/Graduate Diploma/Graduate Certificate/Masters degrees.
